Great question. The top 3 ugliest players in baseball history are: 1. Ezequiel Astacio. The picture in my mind of this poor human being makes me thank God everyday for just losing my hair. 2.Willie Tavaras. Because quite frankly he looks like a serial rapist. And finally Randy Johnson narrowly edging out Otis Nixon. Mullet or no mullet, the man's face looks like he used an orbital sander to wash his face before bed as a child.
Topping this list would be a tremendous accomplishment, lol to all that join in.

Julian Tavarez (pitching as we speak) combine a ski slope forehead, pot marks the size of golf divits and a head that looks like it was in the microwave for a couple revolutions and you've got this repugnant #5 starter...
Grover Cleveland Alexander...(especially after a night of drinking) a lack of sunscreen, a 102 degree St. Louis day game and a bottle of Wild Turkey and you've got this unsightly HOF.
Oil Can Boyd (the 2007 version...look up the Brockton Rox) wrinkles, coke bottle size glasses and the double earring effect is a recipe for ugly cookies

Many ugly baseball players out there. Here is my top 10. These players not only exhibit ugliness on-field but off-field as well shown through these pictures.
(1) Bartolo Colon - Look at this mug. Not to offend anyone but looks rather DOWN SYNDROMED.

(2) Ezequiel Astacio - Looks like an orangutan.

(3) Otis Nixon - A cross between an old historical native american woman and a famished somalian.

(4) Willie McGee - Just look at him. Need I say more.

(5) Fernando Valenzuela

(6) Jorge Cantu - He may have the worst skin on an athlete.

(7) Julian Tavarez - EWWWWW....

(8) Randy Johnson - No need for explanation.

(9) Antonio Alfonseca - HMmm...could make a comment but it may come off offensive...

(10) John Kruk - Only reason he looks half decent to many is because we have seen him on the tube so much. We are gettin used to his look but honestly, look at him....especially with his MULLET that he used to sport

Don Mossi wins the all-time grand championship.
Ron Karkovice looked like he shaved with a lawn mower.
Joe Torre. How I loathe seeing that craggy visage glowering in the dugout in October, zoomed-in so that his nose looks like Mt. Vesuvius.
What is with Astacio's face anyway? Some condition? He's the only player in recent Octobers that Fox wouldn't give an extreme closeup.
