Can anyone recommend a resource – web, book or otherwise – that will give me some insight into training for cycling – technique, endurance building, speed.

I’m more than apt enough to just get out there and do it, but want to know a little bit more about milestones, routines, etc.

John Cena is a very energetic performer in the ring, and I do have to admit, he is pretty exciting to watch, but I think he's been champion for way too long. There are so many other wrestlers of wwe champion quality on RAW, such as Umaga, Shawn Michaels, Randy Orton, Edge, and maybe even Jeff Hardy.

Real Championship Wrestling, it'll be like....i guess TNA or WWE, but the matches wont be fixed, and uh....its up to the participants/wrestlers to decide everything. No fixed storylines. I guess a bit, someone will make the matches but the outcome is real. Not fixed/planned. It would probalby be chaotic and wouldnt work for long,but it would be fun to watch while it lasts :D

During the draft, some espn analysts said that a player would be better as a guard rather than a tackle. I must admit, of all the positions in football, I know the least about the offensive lineman. What physical and athletic characteristics differentiates a player between a guard and a tackle? Height, weight, acceleration off the line, quckness, speed, power, experience, ..., something else?

I just recently tried to fix an older bike that had a bent derailer and i got another 10 speed and swapped the derailers. The bike doesnt shift properly and the chain seems to skip. I'm not sure if maybe i have the chain through the derailer wrong or if the chain itself is bad? Can anyone end my headache.

I started to swim last week. If I swim for about an hour/5 or 6 times a week, when will I start seeing results (tone/bulk up, broaden shoulders, etc.) ? and, how much should I be able to swim whithin an hour after one month of constant swimming (I have a good physical condition because I run every day)?

A salesman (Ronaldinho) goes door to door, selling his wares. After an afternoon of rejection
he knocks on the door of Golden angel's Grandmother.
She eagerly accepts Ronald into her home, and tells him to make himself at home.
While pitching his amazing product, he snacks on a bowl of peanuts, obviously intended for guest consumption as they were on the coffee table nearby.
At the end of his selling spiel, he realizes that he's eaten all of the old lady's peanuts. "I'm terribly sorry, ma'am. I've eaten all your peanuts." the man says.
Golden angel's Grandmother replies "That's alright. I can't eat peanuts with these dentures, so I just suck off the chocolate ."
