nothing was broken.. the toe was just jammed and stuff..... the swelling is gone but it's bruised and hurts a little to poke at it and bend it back/forward too far. i hurt it when i was doing a toe touch so i'm a little scared to do that again tomorrow!!!!!! :( wat do y'all think?

I think we play them some point next season, and we have to probowl caliber corners, a probowl saftety, a better run game and this will be Cutlers second year. Recently a yankees pitcher made history by allowing back to back to back to back homers. I read in SI that he was only the second pitcher to ever do this yet it was the fifth time it had ever been done in the majors. I live at the base of Pikes Peak and I want to hike Barr Trail to the Summit and back. Right now, I am training for the Bolder Boulder so I average about a four mile run a day with some hills and speed work. What else should I do to train for the great ascent? I have access to the YMCA.
