A jobber is someone who's only job is to lose the match, but make the other look REALLY good while they do it. Its not always easy, as you have to lose but not look pathetic so that the person going over [winning] looks good. Jobbers are normally guys who are still training. They're normally used as time fillers, to get their names out, or to help get the name of the wrestler they're jobbing to out there. Its all part of paying your dues.. haha.

A jobber is usually someone just trying to break it in the buisness who you have never heard of who comes in and looses to a known wrestler. For example, alot of Chris Masters people for the masterlock challenge were jobbers. And even Kurt Angle used to have a challenge (I forgot what it was called) that used jobbers all the time. All they realy do is put the other wrestler over and add a win to there list.

jobber is basically a wrestler who is scripted to lose the match.
for example, when MVP got all these "champions" from all over the world, they were jobbers. their job is to lose the match so that the person who wins gets more charisma.
the Hardyz used to be jobbers before they joined WWF.

An excellent example when Chris Benoit took a dive on Cena's "STFU-B"..
It's usually the unknown wrestler's or sometimes the good ones diving on the "FU-A" ..
