I think they question his motivation not his ability. It was confirmed by both Green Bay and New England that his 40 time was 4.29 and 4.30. Now with Stallworth on New England he will have top stats if he plays every play and works hard, he will be in the top 3 in WR this season. Harrison is good cause he keeps his mouth shut and works hard no matter what the score or the time on the clock. Now moss on the other hand hasn't done that in the past years so thats why he is question so much.

Nobody questions the talent of Moss...rather they see a trend of bad behavior that has dogged him for a long time. Harrison is a hardworking first class citizen on his teams and never complains when the ball gets thrown elsewhere, he is a team first guy. That is why people say what they do about Moss but if any team can clean up a guys bad act it is the Pats. If he is serious about playing hard for a contender he will rise to the elite level once again on that team. If he displays the "me" attitude he will quickly get called out and likely talks his way right out of the NFL. it is entirely up to Moss at this point in his career...does he want to be a key component of a Super Bowl contender and work hard in the team concept or will he revert to some of the foolishness that has earned him the reputation he has? Time will tell but I am guessing he works hard at least this year to prove his critics wrong and get a shot to win the big one. The Pats believe that too or else they never make the deal...they were right with guys like Dillon and Cox so they know how to make it work.

They're saying Moss is "bad" because he's typically been a selfish "me-first" player, and basically quit on two teams. He literally walked off the field during games, both with the Raiders and the Vikings.
No one doubts his physical gifts. It is HEART, or lack of it that is the problem.
He could be a great addition. But, I hate the comparison to Corey Dillon. Corey Dillon never quit, at any level. He may been a big-ego crybaby, but that guy brings it every down, period. He worked in New England, because he's a warrior.
As for Harrison, the numbers speak for themselves. Yes, he's 35, but his production is still phenomenal, very Jerry-Ricelike.
I say Moss hauls in 1200 yards, and 10 TDs. I think he'll straighten up and fly right, if he really does want a ring.

A 4.26 according to him and his agent. Nobody else has backed up that claim. It's not his age that's the big difference is that Harrison has worked a lot hard as he aged. The body doesn't heal as fast and starts to break down. Players have to work out harder to stay in shape. Moss never has and has declined as a player. He lacks the heart that Harrison has.

Moss isn't a bad player because of his age... its because he acts like a big baby! That guy has no class. All he cares about is arguing with the coaches and creating drama! I'm sure he'll catch more touchdowns then last season considering he had only 3 touchdowns all of last year. Not to mention that Brady is a pretty good quarterback.
