If the pitcher truly did throw a no hit no run, it is entirely possible that any batter or group of batters low yor average. Low yor average is what makes this game great.

I think you're asking if it is possible for a pitcher to throw a no-hitter AND have all opposing hitters keep from lowering their batting averages. Yes, it is possible. If every batter is walked, then thrown out in a pickoff, you could have a no-hitter with zero official at-bats. A walk is registered as a plate appearance but not an AB.

I think you are asking how can a pitcher have a no hitter, with no runs scored, and a batter change their average?
assuming it is a complete game, the hitter will have a lower batting average
if you are asking a riddle, a pitcher may pitch a portion of a game, and be perfect, but the other pitcher that was relieved or does the relieving may give up runs.

Each batter would have to reach base via walk, hit by pitch, or catcher's interference. The runners could advance on sacrifice bunts, but they would eventually have to be picked off or caught stealing before they could score.
Walks, hit by pitches, sacrifices, and catcher's interference do not count as at-bats, therefore there would be no change in the batter's average.

If he threw a no-hit shutout, all the other team's batters would end the game with lower batting averages.

by not allowing any runs, you lower your ERA (earned run average). that's good.
