when i think of a good martial artist i think about a person that has respect and doesnt talk big or anything like that.. like in the final fu they keeped on cussin and that is no the martial art spirt. i think about a dedicated person to..

I was always waiting for another racer to come up with some smart a*s remark:

...Mark and the Viagra team really were "stiff" competition out there today...

...Mark was sure racing "hard" out there today...

or

..I was impressed to see how Mark and the Viagra team could keep going at it for hours...

Martin is my favorite driver, but I would have loved to see other racers have a sense of humor.

At first he said that he would have nothing to do with them because they lacked a good enough roster for him but now he says he will join them if he gets enough money!

please dont answer with ballet or yoga. i do both already. i want some specific exercises to raise the height of my spiral. Its not bad at the moment but i saw a girl at the rink the other day with such a lovely spiral and my target is to do one like hers. i already use the weight technique (practising off ice with ankle weights) but does any one have any really good ones?
