The Bungles; more arrested players (9) than wins (8), that is terrible, and yet really funny at the same time.
Most of the Raiders' thugs are in the stands. My local rock station's morning show DJ used to work out there when they were in L.A., and he said that every Friday before a home game, a police officer would come on the radio and tell the visiting team's fans that if they were going to the games, it would be wise if they did not wear their teams jersey, or else there would be some violent outbreaks. I heard of a case where they put a Steelers' fan in the hospital. Eagles' fans are just as bad.
The Ravens are thugs on the field, they killed us this year, but off the field it seems they've calmed down. A bit anyways.
Cheers!

Actually, I would say none of the above. I mean, yes, the Raiders, Ravens, and the Bengals are hard hitting teams, but Jeff Fisher and his team of thugs that we call the Titans are the thuggiest team in the league. They had the guy that stomped on a guy's head, not to mention the fact that they are the chippiest team I have ever seen play. Jeff Fisher is a horrible coach that makes Cower look like Mother Teresa when he coaches...

none of you have any idea what you are talking about
the hit on green wasn't dirty, and i'm sorry he was hurt, but he was running more than he should for several plays in a row and a chief blocked Geathers into him anyway and its plain to see in the real play.
no one on the bengals has been convicted, that implies a trial, some have pled guilty some are still pending but a conviction means you have been found guilty by trial.
one player on the bengals was truely thugish, Chris Henry, and no one even got hurt at all as a result of his actions
you have a player in chicago with a small stock pile of waepons, a charger who tried to sell drugs in the mail, a face stomping titan and somehow the bengals are thugs
and l think saying the name pacman says all there is that needs to be said there
so the bengals got some duis this year, there might be 1 person who will read this that has never driven over the limit or knows someone that has. and really if they lived somewhere else they might have off without you ever hearing about it. that charger selling drugs inb the mail, charges dropped, michael vick trying to get "something" past security. dropped, pacman jones bit a cop and we didn't even hear about it until he got in trouble AGAIN
yeah the bengals were arrested alot, this one year, for things that aren't really so thuggish, but most of you just repeat what people on tv tell you to think and don't really have informed opinions of your own. ignorant sheep.
but i guess i should atleast answer your question, its the titans.

Yea, I agree with the person who said the chargers. they had one fewer than the bengals. One of the chargers players tried to shoot at a police officer, they bengals got arrested for dui and some drug charges. Shawn Merriman is a roid user and got caught. The chargers are thugs, and people need to recognize that they had numerous arrests like the bengals.

Off the field: Bengals (bunch of criminals)
On the field: Ravens
The Raiders traditionally have been (think of the thugs we've had: Tatum, Atkinson, Hendricks and more!) and will still do have some thugs on our team, but the defense needs to get tougher this year which I think it will and we need a better offense if we want to intimidate ANYONE!!!

The Bengals organization has taken a turn for the worse. It's like they are trying to find these guys on purpose.
They need to make a team policy that prohibits this kind of behavior. This can't go on.

If you're talking about team players being arrested a lot of times then it's the Bengals but if you're talking about on the field then the Ravens that defense would scare me if I played as a WR.

The Ravens players weren't convicted of murder... accused yes, but not convicted. I'm in agreement on the Bengals because all of their court cases are ending in convictions. However, give PacMan Jones another month or two and he will single handedly put the Titans on top of the thug list.

well Mr. Chief fan, the hit was not cheap, not at all. Trent Green should have slid three yards earlier instead of trying to slide underneath the tackle.
You left out the Chargers in your "thug" team - only one fewer arrest than the Bengals last season
and the Steelers. Thugs on and off the field.
