Jeff Hardy is always getting a beating from Umaga or the Great Khali.For god's sake Jeff Hardy is less than 240 pounds.Hes Extreme but he should face Johnny Nitro again or something.What do you think?

i know that Christopher Daniels nickname is the Fallen Angel but i didnt think of that when i thought of this how bout this
the FaLLen Champion : you could give it to someone that won the title once and then took a long time to regain it also there is this FaLLen Man but thats not that good (also notice my nickname thing for yahoo answers is FaLLen)

What do you think about a nice, hard roundhouse to the thigh to start off a street fight? I tend to think that if you can throw a powerful one, and the guy isn't used to taking such hard blows, it may take him down, and even if it doesn't, I think it would probably be painful and intimidating enough to take some of the fight out him. What do y'all think?

I need help with my shot put.....i know strength isnt the issue.....i bench 220, squat 345 and deadlift 365 but i have a problem with my shot distance. It seems like the max i can hit is around 31 or 32. I hate it because i havent been able to get any better from the previous year. Any advice would help
