Every time I begin a running regiment, I get horrible shin splints. How can this be avoided? If stretching is the answer, what stretches do I need to do? Help! It hurts!

they beat all those teams and then won the pac 10 title blowing the other teams away and they are ranked number #3?? just goes to show you that all the decisions are made on the east coast or in los angeles. what a bunck of bunk! the should be the number one seed and they will win the tourney going away.

the hummer is chromed out like crazy with 30" rims, if i remember correctly shaq said a few years ago on mtv cribs that he will have the biggest rims for the H2 at 26" i guess he was wrong. what you guys think of Ortons Hummer, and how much you think it costs?

This has to be the biggest bs thing i have ever seen in my life. Marquette beat duke,pitt 2 times.and probley the hottest team in the nation in lousiville. I think they got f over and i cant wait tell that 2nd round when they beat UNC.

I already registered and I'm new at this, is the novice division a LBC level competition and does not advance to national tournaments? So you could be either US citizen or non-citizen, have less than 10 bouts, and have a club sponsor you. What are the age limits for every division (novice, sub, open)? I'm 18, and have no bouts, what division will they put me in?

I am 5' 3.5" tall. I am interested in riding a bike to work (8 miles with 4 being on a busy road and 4 being on a bike path). I am also interested in potentially doing some easy mountain biking at some point. I have no idea what size bike to look for, but have been checking out some on ebay and craigslist. Any suggestions?

So i am a 15 year old girl, and I have been playing since I was probably about 6 or 7. I took lessons until I was 12, and now I am trying out for my high school's golf team. I am so nervous to try out but everyone keeps telling me not to worry and just try my best. I was just wondering if anyone else thought I was "good" My average score for 18 holes is about an 85. thanks so much :)

O.k I do track at my school, and I am a thrower. I also play football. So to get into better shape im planning on running a mile after track practice everyday for the first week, and then every week after that, im gonna add a quarter of a mile to that, do you think this will be a good plan?
