The Hardcore Championship Belt Win the Superstar Challenge Trophy
The Million Dollar Championship Belt Win the Legend Challenge Trophy
and the WWE and World Heavyweight title belts you win by completing season mode or winning that title in season i think

you have to play the season mode to unlock alot of it. you also have to beat the challenges on season mode.
