i just bought an '07 Shimano LX crankset off ebay and didnt realize that the BB cups and sleeve are not included. i know that the new Shimano cranks have the integrated spindles so i was looking for a nice BB upgrade to match it. i saw some nice RaceFace cups online. are either of these compatible with LX? i need something optimized for XC racing, but i dont care if there is just a few grams difference.

they look like they will fit and the people who are selling them say it all cool, but i want to be sure.
i also need them to fit into an 07 Spec epic frame, so let me know if there is any controversy there.

OK, I really hate Don Cherry. That said, he makes the best sense of some things like the culture of the game. Players need accountabilty and it should go back to it's roots of the game and start tinkering. When the NHL was peaking in the mid-80's to oh, I don't know, when Bettman took over in what 94', the ratings were good and there was 1+ fight per game. It now is half of that and guess what the game is suffering. That Devil put it best when he said without fighting it would be "SOCCER WITH STICKS." These guys know the rules going in and let's face it, a punch to the head is better than a crosscheck to the head.The NHL is trying to gain these "new fans" at the risk of losing the real fans.The fights can't spill into the crowd like the NBA so don't be scared. The players all know that it is needed, they should know best. It is not just goons fighting. Good

ECW had a classic Barbed Wire Match in 1997 (Sabu VS Terry Funk), TNA had a brutal one in 2005 (Abyss VS Sabu) but will WWE ever decide, for one match, to replace th ring ropes with barbed wire, place barbed wire baseball bats/chairs/boards/tables around the ring? Wherever United are I'm happy, but I've got to go to the Riverside tomoz, which is always relatively bland IMO - apart from the game itself. I prefer to go somewhere where I can actually feel something towards the place, even if it is mindnumbing pain at having to listen to friggin cockneys the whole time I'm in London.

Of course, there's probably about three people who go to away games (or maybe I'm thinking of that General Football section), but still..

Hes fast but he doesnt seem like a guy who can change the complete face of a teams recieving corp. EX:If he went to the Patriots hed be good but the recieving corp would go from being bad to good, hes not the answer to anyones problem at WR is what im suggesting.
