He's a WR worthy of being a #2 WR on just about any team. He's not one of those "go-to" guys...but he's definately got talent enough to be a playmaker. He would do very well in New England, but then again, what WR doesn't? Still, I'd love to have Stallworth come to Carolina to play #2, if we could pay him that is.

I can see where you are getting at and I agree with you. He is not a game changer or in this case a team changer. He is not like a Marvin Harrison or Jerry Rice who will just make your team better. Stallworth would be a good even GREAT pick up for the Pats because right now they basically have no recievers. Randy Moss in the picture as well.

Great deep threat...when he's not injured. His injuries I think keep him from moving onto the next tier of WR. As of right now he is not a #1 WR on any team...
If he could stay healthy for even one whole year he would put up some pretty good number. I would want him as a wide out on my team due to his potential as well as he isn't problematic like some of the other wide outs in the league...mind you he is still a liability cause of injury.

stallworth is a speedy reciever, a good target 4 big playz down the field, but you're right he's not a big time pro bowl type reciever, but he's ok, and needs a good qb to make him a good reciever

That's my impression of him. He's a good, not great receiver. He'd be a nice addition and is definitely a burner, but he cannot control the game the way a Holt or Boldin can. Good, not great, and with an injury history...

He can really only go deep, which is nice every now and then, but not really that useful if your team is not built for that. Plus he keeps getting hurt and we all know how worthless injuried players are. Have fun with him NE or who ever ends up with him.

The problem is those nagging hamstring problems. He's also known to drop passes. Nice player though, I'd put him in the second tier as far as elite receivers go. He's not first tier.

all stallworth is is fast. all the long touchdowns that he has are on fly patterns. he isnt a great route runner, his hands are sometimes questionable, and he is injury prone. how good can he be?
