ECW had a classic Barbed Wire Match in 1997 (Sabu VS Terry Funk), TNA had a brutal one in 2005 (Abyss VS Sabu) but will WWE ever decide, for one match, to replace th ring ropes with barbed wire, place barbed wire baseball bats/chairs/boards/tables around the ring? If it did... that would be awesome

Doubtful. I think you'd have to look to CZW or get some tapes of FMW for that. It's not really WWE's style and not only do they not really have to go that route, but who on their roster (other then the ECW guys) would? Sabu especially doesn't want to disgrace the memory of his classic barbwire matches since the WWE is in "tone it down" mode, so unless he gets to go all out, he won't do it. Sandman or Dreamer would, but I don't see it happening.

Well at No Way Out 2005 the Steel Cage match between JBL and Big Show had barbed wire as the steel material.

Ya they would if ecw gets canceled and all the ecw superstars go to raw or smackdown and have the match at a pay per view

They can't because they are the biggest companyin wrestling 2day they can't afford to injure a superstar like that like TNA, CZW, and classic ECW did.

WOW ! You should have been a promoter in Roman times. You would have filled the arena all the time. I do not think that WWE will ever do it. But it would bring them in.
