With videos they can tell you what to do, but when you try it on your own you could be doing it wrong, so would it be worth spending money one to get a pitching video?

You make a good point about follow-up instruction. However, unless you have been exposed to good instruction, you won't know how to get better. The videos I understand are good have the names Seaver, Ryan, Better Baseball by Emansky. I like the approach to pitching that has a good emphasis on leg drive. Seaver was the classic "drop and drive" pitcher.

No I tried one and it just told me baby stuf like how to hold the bat!
