which bottom brackets are compatible with '07 LX cranks?

Question

i just bought an '07 Shimano LX crankset off ebay and didnt realize that the BB cups and sleeve are not included. i know that the new Shimano cranks have the integrated spindles so i was looking for a nice BB upgrade to match it. i saw some nice RaceFace cups online. are either of these compatible with LX? i need something optimized for XC racing, but i dont care if there is just a few grams difference.

they look like they will fit and the people who are selling them say it all cool, but i want to be sure.
i also need them to fit into an 07 Spec epic frame, so let me know if there is any controversy there.

I think that you got sold a LX incomplete, but I might be wrong. I got the Hone and it had everything (not just the crancks and spindle....

Anyway, on Race Face they say that you can use their BB on Shimano integrated cranks...

Since you're building a XC racer, I would say go with the XC black ones. The other (gold) could probably be heavier without any advantages for your use.
