I'm a UMD terp and we hate Duke. Therefore go Carolina. They are just better. Comparing Duke to UNC this year isn't even worth comparing. UNC is so much better than Duke. Duke is a young team. They might be good in the next year or two unforunately, but as of now, UNC has the advantage on almost every aspect. The only thing Duke has going for them is their fans who are annoying, but maybe motivate them a bit.

Personally I don't like either team. But if I had to choose I would go with Carolina this year. Coach K is a hall of famer but his boys on the squad are not coming through for him this year. Carolina who I also believe is underachieving is having a better year which is why I would pick them. Note: Duke has had a pretty tough schedule all year long.

This year....Carolina....has been proven to be the better team. Their bench has a lot more depth than Duke's and their big man in the middle Tyler H. seems to show much strength and presence in the lane. I grew up a Duke fan, but this year, i have pulled for Carolina, they just seem to be the better team.

north carolina, look at this year carolina won twice and there last win carolina had two big losses in a row and they turned it around to beat there rivals duke. when you look at this two teams they have probably the best two programs and are up there year after year, and duke has had some really good players come out from their program but i only have to name one carolina player to prove how good their system is. Carolina is. Duke truly lost it while JJ Redick left. Carolina has a great style of intensity on the bench, alongside with a very sturdy beginning 5. Ty and Tyler truly teach what a great team they're.

neither of them are my team ( and im assuming we're talking about college bball), but easily this year its North Carolina. Their record is better, they've beaten the dukies twice, and tyler hansbourogh is better then any duke player. Even josh McRoberts. Duke is still a solid team and have won many good games, but this year is being painted tar heel blue

Carolina: If God is not a Tar Heel then why does he paint the sky Carolina Blue? To be honest my moment I became a Carolina fan was as a boy watching Duke and Carolina game. Duke was ahead and Walter Davis took over the game and lead the Heels to victory in OT.
As for Kentucky we already know who leads the series between them and the Heels!

i'm a carolina fan, mostly because there are so many duke fans in the world(and i hated duke before i was a real carolina fan)that i just want to be different

I am a Maryland fan when it comes to the ACC, but, objectively, UNC has a more complete package. Inside, outside, defense, ball-handling, etc. as a whole is better at UNC.
