I am 14 years old, and I've been playing on my brothers baseball team since 4th grade. I can throw about 55 MPH, but I would really like to reach 60-62 by the start of the season. What can I do to increase my speed?

im 11 yrs old and all my freinds dads take them to watchour local leage 2 football club.my dad watches man utd on teleand wont take me.the last time i asked himhe threw a empty can of lager at me and told me to get out of the way of the tele.my mom says hes a fat pig andive got to wait till im old enough to go on my own,if he goes to the toilet when man utd are on he leaves the doors all open so he can still hear the game and it smells so horrible we all have to run outside .i even asked him to take me to watch man utdbut he said he cant afford it on the giro,and anyway,he didnt know the way.what can i do?

why does everybody think i like the buffalo sabres just to look at the guys...well i don't! I love hockey!! i'm freakin sick of me asking questions about hott guys on the team and people always saying how it's a stupid question. Well, it's not...ok. The 1994 Bulls went and got extra help to fill in MJ. They went and got Toni Kukuc, Steve Ker, & Luc Longley. At the time Kukuc was regarded as a very good player. Phil even selected Kukuc to take the last shot over Pippen. Then the poor leader Pippen was had got jealous and refused to be apart of the play. Despite Pippen not getting involved, the Bulls still won the game with Kukuc's last second shot. The 1994 Bulls was clearly a different team from the 1993 Bulls. MJ didn't have Kukuc & the other guys I mentioned. So to say that Pippen led the same team that MJ did is a lie. .......Anyways, the 1994 Bulls needed to get extra help to get 55 wins & make the playoffs. It wasn't just Pippen's doing.

ok, so I'm homeschooled but just this week i started taking tennis at the local high school. Wednesdays and thursdays practice were cancelled because of snow. There is still left over snow today but they had school, I called and asked if there was practice and the coach told me they were just meeting in a room inside of the school but we werent going to play. I normally wear sweats to practice because it is so cold out, but since were not actually playing what should i wear? Would jeans and a sweatshirt b ok, or should i stick with sweats to b on the safe side?
