I would focus less on pressure points, and rather on vital points (eyes, nose, filtrum, throat, groin, knees, and all joints in general).

The likelihood of someone standing there and letting you attack the pressure point behind their ear is slim. The only way you are going to get that is if you surprise them, or the guy opens himself up a lot when he swings, or you are just deadly accurate to where you can nail him in THAT spot. In the dojo perhaps, but on the street where there are plenty of distracting elements, that is probably not a viable option.
Vital points however, are points on the body that cannot be built up no matter how much you train. It's better to takeout someones knee and bring them down into your range of attack, than to try to find some target that may or may not disable your opponent.

almost any pressure point can cause someone to stop immediately and do whatever you want. but they are better as strikes and then finsh with a real hit somewhere damaging. break an arm and they will most likely fall down and not be getting up because you are standing on the broken section of arm til the cops get there.

under realistic conditions in a fight probably none without the use of weapons, but then again using weapons to strike and peirce the body and pierce nerves isn't exactly a pressure point is it?

a strike directed to a more sensative target is obviously preferable, but none will automatically "bring someone down".

Unless of course you are talking about using the "tazer or stun gun pressure point" then the whole body becomes a pressure point.

I would focus less on pressure points and more on Judo throws and trips because they are effective against big strong opponents who may not let you get to a pressure point or power through your efforts.

There are many. I try to aim for the neck, temple, or back of head below ear. Either of these strikes will knock your opponent out cold or worse if done properly.

The one behind the spur of the elbow. Get your thumb on that and you can force them to the ground.

i would say, the "pressure" they feel when you "point" a gun will usually bring them down
