For a year now i have used form shooting and my midrange jumpers are very veryy good. But i can barely graze the rim from 3 when i shoot using form. Just recently i ahd a 3 point shootout and i had to chuck it to hit the rim. Can anyone tell me exersise to get me stronger in the areas that would make be a better 3 point shooter and give me more range.

i think its Cena, Cena's kept his title for a while for most of the year and a little of the past year, and this will make for a great match because undertaker is 12-0 or 13-0 i cant remeber but one of them so if its cena, cena will proably lose

I wanna first off categorically state that I am NOT suddenly a Cena mark.

However, it seems a lot ofpeople are jumping on him because it has been the cool and fashionable thing to do, and to hate on Cena makes ppl think you must be "in the know" about the sport of wrestling.

I must admit, I myself fell victim to this.

Like little girls liking crap boybands in mindless, brainwashed droves simply cos it is the "in thing" I hated on Cena, even booed the sh it outta him at a live event in November.

Now I know his character sucks, and he hasn't done much in the ring but he is the top face in the company, whe this happens the repertoire and character are watered down for the casual fan.

is this Cena's fault? Partially, but he only has so much creative influence ffs. Blame the poor booking decisions.

From seeing clips of him in OVW as Prototype and his early matches agaisnt Angle (yes admittedly he was helped and carried by the greatest wrestler alive) the guy does have talent.

I was in Manchester YHA in the New Year. And in that hostel they have a picture of Bert Trauttman-Manchester City Goalkeeper.
Underneath the picture it said that Bert Trauttman broke his neck in one of the matches that he was playing.

I have looked on good old Wikipedia and yes they confirm that he did play for Man City.
But nothing is mentioned about him breaking his neck?
Is this true about him breaking his neck?
And...also I thought that when you broke your neck the chances are you will die from your injury. Apparantly not.
Any help appreciated
