I am from Wisconsin and am an avid Packer fan.

I have lived in Illinois for 12 years.

Am I considered a trader if I root for the Bears today?
Just a silly question.

Don't listen to these people that say yes you are. The Pack aren't playing the Bears!Only if you root for the Bears when they play the Packers are you a traitor. There is nothing wrong with having a favorite in the Superbowl even if their in your division. It makes the Superbowl more exciting if you have a team to root for and it makes you more of a fan of the game!

No you are not a traiter. When your team doen't make it, you should root for the team that is in your conference. It is politically correct to do so. For instance. I'll bet Bret Farve is rooting for Da Bears. That way the trophy will belong in the NFC North Division. Personally I am a die hard Steeler fan. I do not particularly like the Colt, but because my team is an AFC team, I am rooting for them.

Not really - I hate the PACKERS during regular season, but if the Packers where representing OUR DIVISION, I want OUR DIVISION to win..remember its a brotherhood...even if your not there, you division is represented...so root away because that is what I would do for the Packers..and I never have lived in Wisconsin..born and raised in Chicago..

In my opinion, yeah kind of.I am extremely loyal and faithful, I was born and raised in miami. No matter how much the dolphins suck, I root for them all the way. So if I knew you, and I saw you root for the bears, I would think youre a traitor
