Im a reading fan and i woundered what people thought of them

One year ago I was in great shape. As a former Div1 swimmer with most of my life spent in the pool, I never had to worry much about what I ate or how active I was outside of the sport. I've taken a year off (my first year ever) and I'm just now trying to get back in shape but I'm having a difficult time without being able to dedicate 4-5 hours a day and no coach to provide me with direction. I've recently join a gym with a pool however I've discovered I'm completely lost in the weight room and, having never had to start fresh, I don't know what to do in the water. In fact, the only part of my training regiment I've been able to hold on to is my chords. I'm dedicated and hard working but I don't have much free time. Any advice?

The reason for the question is because presumably both teams will qualify for the Champions League. Would this mean that it would be between the semi-finalists (Spurs and Wycombe)?
What if Spurs don't qualify through the Premiership to get into the UEFA cup, would they have to play off? If Spurs did qualify through the Premiership, would Wycombe get a direct place?

I've just come back from a game and the opponents absolutely trashed us, they kept using the full court press the whole time, and probably got more that 30 steals. The problem is all the guys in my team are over 6ft tall and fat and can't run to save their lives. I was wondering if there was anyone who could give me tips to hurt them back for using full court press, so next time hopefully we win against them at home. Thanks.

Doesn't matter if it's tennis, soccer, volleyball, golf, as long as it's a ball that's NOT being used. For example, hypothetically, maybe you once saw a basketball in the corner of a bank, and you wondered what it was doing there.
