Still under contract with wwe they wont let him go he taken of ecw management team thats all wwe wont let him leave incase he goes to tna. And he dnt have as much money anymore ecw went bankrupt

He was never fired from the WWE / ECW. He was simply told to go home. He is still employed by them. He is getting paid to do nothing. Until his contract expires he can't start a new wrestling association.

No b/c the ECW guys are all under contract of WWE, and they do what Vince says.
