No. During the summer before a season starts you can put your name in for a lottery for the chance to buy tickets for the Super Bowl. The two teams going to the Super Bowl also get a small amount of tickets to sell.

I dont think so i know each teams season ticket holders only get certain number of tickets but I dont think the home stadium does. You buy tickets for the team not the stadium. Thats my guess
