It in no way even by its owner and most fans resembles a sport. For those of us who actually love the sport of wrestling it is very annoying every time you hear someone talk about wrestling (on tv, radio, newspaper, internet) there talking about the fake stuff. I am not cutting it down but can't it be put in another catigory so that the two of them can be distiguishable from the other.

Why do americans call it football? It is played with Hand. There is not Foot work involved. I am confused.

Anyways, I want to see this years superbowl on TV. Can someone point me to a good website which explains a layman, American Football in a nutshell? I am not looking for details. Just an overview.

And i am still not sure if i can see it on CBS2 in chicago? Do I need a cable connection to see this years Superbowl or no? All I have is a TV with antenna and a very good reception of local free channels.

ok so i just bought a new pair of skates bec my old ones couldn't support my ankle, so i went to buy new ones. i am a size 12 shoe so i bought a pair of ccm skates that are a size 10.5 and that is the size that a 12 shoe should wear. It even says it has great ankle support, but i played last night and they had no support. there was to much room by the ankle. The skate fits except for the ankle. how can i fix this? do you think maybe it just needs to be broken in? shoud i tape it w/ stick tape? or that other tape (it kind of looks like packaging tape) what do you think?

I'd say Hakeem the Dream! He had to many moves for KG to keep up with.... And at his best he embarassed big men like David Robinson, out played a young healthy Shaq, and out played Patrick Ewing. I like KG but to be honest he's never been on Shaq's level( and the Dream out played Shaq).

I might be a little bias... But I like MJ switching hands in mid-air better. Because I grew up in the MJ ara and I witnessed it when it happened. I saw how amazed people were and I felt the emotion of it. It was incredible!

I go with Walter Payton. Only missed 1,000 yards twice, and both because of strike-shortened seasons. Over 1,500 yards 4 times, with 1,852 yards in a 14-game season in 1977 (MVP that year).
More importantly, Payton excelled in every facet of the game, like Ladanian Tomlinson but a much better blocker (Payton could throw, too, the Bears just never called the play).
For those too young to remember, I think the best way to describe Payton's running would be like Tomlinson but much more physical. Payton delivered punishment and fought for ever yard.
#2 in career rushing, 2 MVPs, a Super Bowl, not a single poor season, never missed a game with injury and always played with class, Payton was the greatest.

No one game him a chance. He was a good guy and good teammate and was great when he actually played. But they never gave him a shot.
