In America its 1.68 inches which is slightly larger then the European ball. The USGA and the R&A are starting to work togeather to make what appears to be the American ball the world standard.

Same as a non-tournament golf ball. The specs are the same.

I'm pretty sure it's a "trade secret;" of course, you could measure it somehow. It's smaller than a legal ball (1.68 in. The old British ball was 1.62)
