It's a story line, how do 10,000 injuries happen a year that are planned, but yet John Cena plays the role and all of a sudden everyone thinks it's true?? It was fake, he's NOT really hurt, it's to play him as an underdog as the Rumble, there's nothing wrong with him, he's fine, no pains, no injuries, not hurt, no ruptured anything, there absolutely no indents in his body at all, how many more times are we going to see a question like this?? I read the injury reports everyday, there is no injuries or pains, or aches marked under Cena, he is fine, he will be playing it off at the Rumble, just like everyone else does. Real injuried, like Triple H, result in time off, and surgeries or rest at the least, that's why you don't see Triple H coming out with a bandaid on his leg and continuing to wrestle, it's called unsafe and if John Cena really ruptured his spleen and refused medical attention HE WOULD BE DEAD!!

go to wwe.com and go to raw then videos it's the first one then search for his conditon now. there was an article saying despite his injury he will still be defending his title at the royal rumble. and he refused medical attention to check out his spleen. i'll be prayin thet he sucefully defneds his title againt that fat lard they call umaga.
