I want to get tickets for a Caps game for me & my boyfriend for our anniversary. I'm looking at games in February and want to go to a game where they're playing a team that they have a good chance of winning against. Islanders, Rangers, Sharks, or Panthers? Which team is most likely to lose? I haven't followed many games this season so I don't know who sucks and who's doing well.

It's been over 14 years since I last coached police officers in Jiu-jitsu and I'm out of touch with modern police methods.
Back then as far as i was led to believe by the police students,the police force had no compulsary martial arts training except for basic locks and restaints,and basic use of the side handled batons or tonfa in jiu-jitsu hence why they attended my club.
Just wanted to ask all police officers if things have moved on since then which i suspect they must have.
Or back then was police training in martial arts within the force a regonal luxury depending where you lived.

IMO, the Pistons taking Darko Milicic over Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, Dwayne Wade, Mirk Hinrich, Josh Howard and like a hundred other better players was the biggest mistake in draft history. It wasn't even because they didn't know who was good! I mean, Carmelo Anthony was the star player of the best college basketball team that season and they still took this stiff, weak, no talent whatsoever Darko Milicic over him. I know that the draft doesn't determine who's gonna be good and who's gonna be bad, but I think that I COULD HAVE made a better decision on who should be choosen #2.
