Im a green belt in taekwon-do and i have very short hamstrings, so i strech nearly every day, but i don't always have time to warm- up. Is it really nessercery, because i have never had an injury, but is there chance of doing myself harm?

Mine is the one that Iverson used to do during his younger days... Dunking with one hand and lowering your head with your knees slightly bent and legs apart... It just looks so cool...

Another favourite of mine is the windmills... I just love to see them windmills... Just powerful...

Tracy McGrady is not scoring as much as he used to. He was my favorite when he was the best scorer in the league. What has happened to him? Has he become more of a ball distributor than a scorer? recently during one of my regular ak-47 drive by's, i roll down my window slowly and pumped out a few rounds into innocent but elderly people in their pension line, injuring a few of their gran-children that were in the way, then when i was just about to blast a round or two into a special needs bus i hear *click, click* and no blasting any more, i dont know what to suggest to my local gun dealer, do you?
