U need to type 0039 (the international phone code) followed by the mobile number which usually begins with 3.
U can do that directly or u can buy an international phone card (even at Sainsbury's) and then call the number u want with the international code of course.
Using an international phone card is cheapper. U can use it either from a pay phone or a land line or a mobile phone.
