I reckon the Trump/ Rosey segment on Raw the other night was more embarrassing for Vince McMahon than either of the people it intended to mock! These sports entertainment segments are turning the WWE into a laughing stock! All three brands of the WWE need serious improvement! They need to find a way of satisfying the WWE fans, whilst also attracting new ones. How does the WWE go about this?

What do you think of Peter Forseberg possibly coming to Montreal...apparently there was a rumour swirling around Hockey Night In Canada that he possibly was Montreal bound but there were no hard facts of it being true...tell me what you all think, would it benefit the habs and who or what philly should get in return?

thanks everyone, really appreciate it. will ask about something again later i'm sure...and can anyone tell me what it's all about, it would be so cool to learn, i've been practicing Goju Ryu Karate Do for a year now and i've made it to green belt. if you need a refrence then Ty Lee uses this style of fighting (or something similar) in Nickelodean's Avatar. thanks for all the help (see didn't i say i'd ask something again soon?)

I received a pair of Nike Tiempo Air Legends last summer as a present and I played with them throughout fall and enjoyed them.
Anyways, now they're up in my room sitting around and I was wondering what I could do to get the shine back in them.

K- I have really good endurance, but I'm terrible with speed, and its really really holding me back. The fastest quarter I've ever done is 66. That is so pathetic...I train on quarters and I run as hard as I can, but at a certain point if I run any faster than my 66 quarter, my legs turn to jelly and get so weak I fear I'll fall- I simply can't go any faster than my 66. I can do an 80x8 though, so I have endurance. How can I improve at speed? If I run my 66 quarter my legs are shaking like mad...what can I do? I need to do speed work.
