Well, first off. I'm a freshmen in high school and I've been interested in joining the swim team mostly because I thought it might look good on my college application. I can do the crawl stroke very well including the breathing and backstroke decently. The thing is I'm not very good at breaststroke at all. I don't know anything about competitive swimming to be honest but is the breast stroke must? Should I join anyway if it is?

If I do, what workout would you recommend? I'm a girl so I'm not really into lifting weights or anything like that. I don't have any memberships to any pools nearby and the school pool is closed for a while but I do want to get in better shape before swimming starts. The last time I swam was around October. I've been running 1-2 miles a day. Is that good enough or should I do more to get better?

cos like, you'd have to be pretty tough to be able to punch your own lights out... or maybe you'd have to be really easily knocked out for it to be able to happen. It's a tough call. Anyone tried?

I'd try it myself, but I'm beautiful. It's a lot to risk.

I am a new hunter and I am looking for a good 20 gauge shotgun. I am so confused about what type and brand to get. I am looking for a shotgun for all types of shooting...like target, deer hunting, small game, etc. Also can you use rifled slugs, and other loads in any shotgun? The only reason I would want them to go to the Superbowl is to watch them get their a$$ kicked on the grand stage. Then I can give all the Bears fans a ton sh!t and laugh at them. Their fans are the most annoying of any NFL team!

I noticed before a kickoff from a tee a kicker will punch one end of the football into the ground before he places it on tee. Does anyone know why they do this?
