Like someone else said, Delmon Young is a big candidate, his cards have sold for $1,000's and he hasn't played a single game in the MLB. Craig Hansen is also a possibility now that Papelbon moved to starter, don't know if he'll pitch with the acquisition of Pineiro.

For the NL, Jonathan Sanchez is eligible and he could be a part-time closer, depending on what happens with Worrell and Benitez, he will prolly be a middle reliever but you never know. Jason Hirsh is also one of the top prospects in the game, he's eligible just barely by pitching 44 innings.

I believe Delmon Young is eligible next year. If so, he's a lock. Unless he gets suspended again.
