Tracy McGrady is not scoring as much as he used to. He was my favorite when he was the best scorer in the league. What has happened to him? Has he become more of a ball distributor than a scorer? Or has his scoring ability declined? What's happening here? Please be specific. I don't want answers like "he sucks" or some sht like that.

Well you have to remeber that Yao is the Main Man on the Rockets now, he's the best center in the NBA. So T-Mac's job has been lessened and yes, he moves the ball around more. He's still a very good ball player, he's just not the only one on the Rockets any more.

No one beats father time. He's getting older, a little wiser, and certainly less healthy. His back is ruining his career. But more importantly he's got Yao. Yeah that 7'5" dude. Yeah he's good. Give him the ball and go. We need to remember that its much easier to pass to a dominant big, or an open spot up shooter than to score all by yourself. This is where he is wiser. He is realizing that his teammates are good, they can do it, and he's embracing that. There winning games, and when Yao gets back, they'll make a run at the playoffs, where they would be a scary team to have to play.

First of all I'm a big T-mac fan. He said that Yao was on a roll and he was going to ride him as long as he's hot. Then he had trouble with his back, so he was out. Now he's back and he's not 100% so he scores when he needs to. Like 37 on the king's. Yao's out with a broke leg, so look for those numbers to go up.
