I think you mean "the angle of the snowboard bindings." The degree on them is based primarily on personal preference. It's not tied to height and weight, it's tied to whatever feels most comfortable for you. (Mine's at 15 degrees on the front binding and -10 degrees on the rear binding.) After all, you've gotta keep your feet at that angle the entire time you're going downhill. Generally, you want them angled a little outward for better turning control. I'd post some links, but they all say pretty much the same thing, "it's based on personal preference."
