Some says speed can defeat power.But i think those who have the power will also have speed.If you say no then why cant light weights cant defeat heavyweights.

Don't say it's because of the fans...we've ALWAYS been supportive of our team. So we're not jumping on the bandwaggon like everyone is saying. Yes, our jerseys absolutely suck, they look like a slug. But seriously..? They win games, they play clean...so what is it?

My son just started studying karate, he is 4 years old. He recently got a promotion from white belt to white with a yellow stripe. Right now they are working on something called "Little Dragon". They have only gotten to the 4th step because new kids keep coming into the class every week & they don't have time to do the next few steps. I was wondering if there was anyone who could tell me the steps so I could practice with him so he could advance to yellow belt sometime in the near future. So far he has learned 1) step & down block 2) step and single punch 3) step and downblock & 4) step and single punch. Can anyone help? Also they are starting to teach the yellow belts "Tiger 1". I know that there are many different teachings in martial arts, but maybe someone could help me out. Thanks.

LETS FACE THE FACTS YET AGAIN CENA IS A SCARED AND JEALOUS ROCK WANNABE. FIRST HE THINKS HE CAN BE THE NEW PEOPLES CHAMP BUT HA THE WWE WOULD TRADE CENA FOR THE ROCK IN A HEART BEAT. the point is if the rock was in the wwe cena would be on the low card or mid card at the very best,cena is justa cheap replacement but he will never measure up and unlike cena the rock ca actually wrestle and was athletic,cena is just a stiff with a bit of power but no speed agi or skill. the rock can come back anytime and cena will never have the belt again, cena can never match the ability or star power of the rock or austin, get over it cetards its true,

I have followed the World Cup since 1974. I have heard & read what PROLIFIC GOAL SCORERS these 2 are. Yet, coach R. Donadoni has not even called them to practice for the reserve squad?

Toskala & Nabokov in SJ and Bryzgalov & Giguere in ANA and Aebischer & Huet in Montreal are a few.
But do they work?
I've only known Ken Dryden and Bunny Laracque in the 70's to be successful.
I dont think they work as evidenced with the manny-roli fiasco in minnesota.

Alright, I've probably done all I can to do improve my times by running. I check out magazines and read running articiles about what the best work-out is. However, I ways that will improve my speed. For example, any foods I should eat, weight work outs, etc. It's just that there's only so much running you can do in one day, and you need to resort to other things to improve your times to as fast as they can be.

RC is the best ever racer at the toughest sport ever. Is it a letdown that he will go to Nascar after dominating like has in AMA mx? I think if he is to be any less dominant in NASCAR he may be lost in obscurity for a while. Maybe at least it will gain exposure for Motocross and Supercross.
