He is a Hall-of-Fame coach. I don't think he forgot how to do it on gameday. I think the problem with the Redskins is in the front office. If they give him players, he'll win his share of games.

hmmm..interesting question.

Joe Gibbs runs a offense that was very superior in the good ole days. Joe Gibbs has good personel on that team (asside from a good QB.) on defense they have alot of big name players but haven't been playing like it. all i can think of was is the coaching staff. Joe Gibbs also does not call the plays anymore in which he did when he won the superbowl. he left responisiblity with his offensive coordinator, yet they still do run the same kind of offense Joe Gibbs likes to run, in which im sure the Offensive Coordinator is as good running.

The Redskins problems have nothing to do with Joe Gibbs.
Who has he had at QB since he's been there?
Brunell? Ramsey? Campbell? I don't know too many coaches that can win without a QB.
The problem with The Redskins is in their front office.
