I got 3 hours before I run.....What should I eat?

In 3 hours I have to run 10 times the lenght of the basketball court as fast as I can, also 1 mile.Now I know that doesn't seem like a lot but I am a little out of shape. I'm making pasta right now but is there anything else I can eat to be ready?

Why is it bowled and not LBW?

Here is the scenario. This has happened so many times before.

Bowler bowls a perfect ball, pitches in line, strikes the pad in line, ball is heading for stumps, no bat involved. A simple decision that should be given out as LBW.

But just after the ball strikes the pad, it goes on to hit the stumps. Bowler celebrates, batsman is given out bowled in the record books. Now, shouldn't that be given out LBW - because the ball hit the pad first, before rolling on to the stumps?
