In 3 hours I have to run 10 times the lenght of the basketball court as fast as I can, also 1 mile.Now I know that doesn't seem like a lot but I am a little out of shape. I'm making pasta right now but is there anything else I can eat to be ready?

Eat ALOT of carbs-a good 1,500 calories or so. I exercise alot too. The other day I ate 2 Italian hoagies, 2 bowls of cereal, 4 slices of pizza, 2 bowls of rice, triple whopper with cheese, king size fry, king size coke, 5 beers, some sliced ham, a hot pocket, some applesauce and some soda and thats a light day for me and I dont even weigh 150.

No that is good enough for you. You should also add some chicken to it, and some vegetables. Then drink a lot of water. Make sure you breathe right while you are running. In through the nose and out through the mouth.

OH NO, not pasta..LOL..
you are gonna be so full and its not going to sit on your stomach right...
i light and healthy meal is better, like a sandwich, salad, fruit.
carbs tend to slow you down so that pasta has tons of it.
you can always eat it after if youre already making it.
one more thing dont ever eat anything spicy b/c it will give you mad heart burn when you run..LOL
