Here is the scenario. This has happened so many times before.

Bowler bowls a perfect ball, pitches in line, strikes the pad in line, ball is heading for stumps, no bat involved. A simple decision that should be given out as LBW.

But just after the ball strikes the pad, it goes on to hit the stumps. Bowler celebrates, batsman is given out bowled in the record books. Now, shouldn't that be given out LBW - because the ball hit the pad first, before rolling on to the stumps?

LBW is only if the wickets are not hit.
If the ball goes beyond the wicket, then its LBW Leg Before Wicket. That means it hit the leg in line to hit the wicket!

case 1
suppose the ball hitting the pad was not heading for the
stumps, but because of hittin the pad got deflected to
the stumps, then it cannot be LBW
This case satisfies the condition of bowled out.
case 2
suppose the ball hitting the pad was heading for the
stumps, but and hit the pad and got deflected to
the stumps, then it cannot the batsman is first LBW and when the ball hits stumps is declared bowled out
This case satisfies the condition of both LBW and Bowled

It seems, to make things simpler for umpires and others involved, case 2 is also considered as bowled.

Another reason could be,the delivery in case 2 is good
enough not just to trap the batsman obstructing the stumps,
but also capable of moving ahead to knock the bails.;may be
because of pace,extracting right bounce,turn

I agree with Aks too

Priority is given to the bowled. Because LBW has human error probability but when its clearly hitting wickets then there is no human error chance

Bowled is more conclusive.
