It's generally around 62- 68 degrees.

That's Fahrenheit,not Celsius !

The International olympic Committee (IOC) recommends a temperature of 26-27 Degrees Celcius for swimming pools, both indoor & outdoor. So one can maintain this temperature to enjoy swimming the year round. Thank you.
