The truth is NASCAR is controlled by Home Depot, Tony Stewart,Budweiser Junior,Lowes,Hendrick crowd. Richard Childress and General Motors.

Actually, this is not true. NASCAR is controlled by Hendrick, Roush, Yates, Childress, and possibly DEI. They all own at least 5-10% stock in ISC, and bought it when Bill France Jr. gave up control of it. Everybody should know this.

According to the 1949 court decision in Westmorland vs. N.A.S.C.A.R., Nascar controls Nascar. I think this bares out, since I see alot of drivers backing the stupic COT that there being forced to deal with for next year.

Who cares who controls what? A good race is a good race....no matter who has the most in the pot! I'm a fan of Jimmie, but also a fan of Roush Racing. Who cares who has the most money, it has to do with the skill of the driver and the skill of his crew. This is a true american sport, don't knock it. In what other country would we pay 3.00 a gallon and complain, to get to work when they waste 13 gallons before a pit at more that 6.00 a gallon. We love racing......That's it....don't knock it!!! Go NASCAR and JIMMIE!!!

I tell you what that is enough bull@%#& to fertilize a good size garden.
Yes there are corperate sponsors and certain teams that do have a voice in the running of NASCAR.Whether any or all of these are involved it is not a true public record since the France family own the largest share.
