I think girls just think they are really into football. When a girl has no problem watching football all day Saturday and Sunday, along with pregame, postgame and halftime shows, then she might be into football. Another way to determine if you are into football is if you listen to what the commentators are saying. If they are boring, or you don't even listen at all, you are not into football. Watching guys in tight pants and admiring does not count.

I don't know about other women, but I sure am. College football though, not pro. We get up every Saturday morning and watch all the pregame shows, then we spend the entire day watching all the good games and I usually wind up staying up till 1am to watch college football final. I usually make comments throughout the games and laugh whenever one of the commentators winds up saying the same thing. My husband is a genius at reading plays. All our friends know that if they want to see us on Saturday and some Thursday they'll have to watch football all day too. You can't see it but my avatar is actually me at a college football tailgate. I live for fall.
Go Buckeyes!!

I am. Over time I have learned to really enjoy the game. Every season for the past ten years I've made a project to study another aspect of the it, starting with real basics. Now I'm working to understand play calling , time clock management, depth charts, and other aspects of stratagy. The more I understand, the more into it I get. How into it? I now chose to watch football even when I'm home, alone.

I LOVE football. My son plays football in high school. I've always LOVED football; scrimmage line, offense, defense, the plays, etc.
It's a "civilized" game of run as fast as you can with the pig-skin before you get clobbered. I get to scream, holler, and other wise get crazy about my favorite team running the ball. AND when it comes to the NFL, it's a bunch of grown men in tight pants...the only thing better than that is the rodeo in tight wranglers. I LOVE football.

I LOVE FOOTBALL! i am so crazy about it but a lot of the girls in my school aren't. they think that it is strange that i understand it and like to watch it even when it isn't my team. i try to tell them about how football is so wonderful but they won' t listen to me. the only way that they will watch a football game with me is if the Patriots are on and Tom Brady is shown almost every second. i love the Patriots and i think that brady is cute but i don't watch it because of that. i have been a Pats fan for the longest time and it isn't because of brady's looks.
sometimes it gets frustrating when guys are like girls don't understand football...football is a manly sport. and i sit there like what r you talking about? guys sometimes don't understand that woman aren't stupid they understand and like sports

I LOVE watching my college team play, but I don't find the fun in watching a bunch of random football games on Sunday.

Oh yea! Give me a couch, a plate of nachos and a game, I'm in heaven! I do have certain teams I like to watch though, so I'm kind of picky, but I do love to watch football!
