i love swimming, but there are times when i would rather lay down and go to sleep. in the middle of a hard set, i always feel like giving up due to lack of oxygen, exhaustion, etc. what are some motivating things you know so i can make it through?

i thought it was at first when you put up more runs then the inning number but that didnt make sense this is the one piece of information i do not know in sports!
