The guy is statistically in the top 10 in the history of the game. Why don't people just shut up already and let the guy play. It seems like he has more detractors who are jealous because of all the money he is making. Its like people need controversy so they can feel important about something! Just shut up and get a life and let him play. The controvery in my opinion is more about people picking on a guy who is deficient more in the personality department than in the numbers department. Be honest and be real and get on with your life... talk about Pete Rose or steriods or the beleagured Cubs. Leave Alex alone already!!!

The Yankees easily have the best offensive line up in the post season. The best defensive line up is probably the Minnesota Twins. Given their pitching is great.. I don't see any NLCS team giving them a hard time. So it seems the Twins are really the biggest hurdle to get over in order to capture the World Series title. What do you think?

Faisal Iqbal will replace banned captain Inzamam-ul-Haq in Pakistan's Champions Trophy squad after the country received clearance from the International Cricket Council .
Inzamam picked up a four-match ODI ban at a hearing in London last week for bringing the game into disrepute. Under ICC regulations, teams are only allowed to replace injured players in their confirmed 14-man squads.
