Overlooked is kind of a hard term to look at a wrestlers as because that means that they are a tallent that has not even been given a chance for a push. Wrestlers like Benjamin, Carlito, Lashley, and Orton I don't consider overlooked because there is major talk of every one of these stars winning the title. They all have either recieved a push and it didnt work or they are getting one right now. Same goes for RVD, Benoit, Kane, Kennedy, and Masters.
There are a couple of stars that I think are overlooked. For one, I've been saying it for years, Harcore Holly. He did recieve a title shot once when Brock Lesnar was the champ, but the fued lasted about a month and then just went away. I don't consider that a big push. Holly is one of the few wrestlers who I think gives it everything he's got for every match he has. Plus he has great in ring skills and is very intense on the mic. I think he is def overlooked.
The other one may be going out on a limb. Paul Burchill. If you havn't seen any film from his days in Europe, YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR MISSING. He was about 325 lbs. during his run and was pulling off moves like the C4, Standing Shooting Star Press, Running Flips over the top rope; AT 325 LBS. This guy was considered the Goldberg of Europe and I think it is a shame that he has been given stupid gimicks and is now out with an injury. But he has a lot of potential.

Shelton is the most over looked. Carlito deserves a strong IC title run, that would solidify him as a serious World Champion contender

Shelton is one , but i think carlito is the most held back. since he to raw the wwe has been booking him in IC match after IC match. Its about time for a WWE title push into the Mian Event.

Kennedy will be a main eventer in time. Estraaaada will be a great manager of a stable (like Jimmy Hart & Bobby Heenan). There is so much talk of Kenny from spirit squad being the next big thing in time.

I'd say Shelton Benjamin is the main one. He has proven that he can wrestle yet they keep pushing him back.
Rumor has it Kevin Nash may be coming back to the WWE. Why bring him back when you have natural talent already there?

kane? orton? what the hell is the first answer guy smoking? orton is the youngest world champion inhistory and the only reason he isnt being pushed is because he is on drugs and kane has been wrestling since '97 and is one of the most influential superstars backstage, they have offered him a run with the belt as a retiring present and a thanks for all the hard work he has done for the company, but he refused it and said that they should premote the younger guys. i would probably have to go for
