i have every programme some signed by the team of swansea city football club since 1968 up untuil 2002 most away matches some have also been signed by people sutch as alex fergison,liverpool players of the 80s everton,forest [b clough] i have photos and original shirts of the players from top of division 1 [1980s] just to mutch to mention realy but its the complete history of the club

I have been told that the difference between "full long" muscles and "peaked" muscles (I.e long n low and short n high) is due to the workout habits of the person they are attached to. I have also been told that it is a genetic trait. Which is true? I assume that the full long muscles are better for martial arts but how do I train my muscles for this using gym equipment and standard free weights? Also, how do I train for speep in striking? Should I use drills and isometrics and stuffs or can weight training help with this too?

ok i have this frend thats a sr. in high school and she plays basketball. she's a good player and a hard worker but in the past few months collages have stoped looking at her. she has no scholorship offers from the skools of her choice and she thinks its too late now and that she wont get into a d1 collage. i say she has time and she needs to just play her game and the scolorships will come if she really works hard. shes even thinking bout giving up on basketball in collage

I definitely expected a winning season. It is hard to find excuses here. They simply didn't get it done. And Sheets' injuries haven't really helped matters. I feel his future is uncertain. And that is a shame because I felt he was headed towards greatness. Anyways, another losing season is tough to stomach for the Brewers.

I'm an African-American boxer and ever since i was 12 i always wanted to be champion. Now i'm 15 and i alway wanted to be greater than my idol Muhammad Ali. I've had a stong beleif i can.
