I'm really getting annoyed by the what commentators are calling Arsenals' new signing Rosicky.

These are the variations I've heard so far...
1. Row-zis-key
2. Re-zis-key
3. Re-zickey
4. Row-zickey

What is the correct pronunciation?

The reason I am asking for opinions on this is that it came up in a disscussion recently and one of the people(A fat little man who barely has enough lung capacity to bend over to pick up something he dropped on the floor) laughed and said the following was the "stupidest thing I ever heard of". The 2008 Olmpics are being held in Beijing, stunt cheerleading has been chosen as a "trial" competition. My son and four other guys and three girls who all work for UCA (Universal Cheerleaders Association) are going to leave in Sept. to start teaching the Chinese. Anyway, my son and his wife both do this professionally for a living and make more money than the nice little fat man does at his boring 9-5 job, so I don't care that he thinks what they do is stupid. I would like to know if who thinks as a competition it could have a place in the olympics at some point in time.

all sports are clearly defined by the stamina it takes to physically keep moving for an extended period of time while coordinating your body to do some pretty amazing things making them look simple. Thats why football/basketball/tennis/soccer/cyclists/boxers/etc. players are soaking in sweat at the end of the game and why they only play 1 to 3 games a week becuase its phsyically exhuasting to push your body that hard - maybe thats why baseball players play over 6 games a week over 180 something games in a season- because its not a sport and takes no athletic ability(save the pitcher)

I think Cincinnati is terrible: The Reds are in second place & there are empty seats everywhere...and the Been gals are usually terrible.

I think Louisville would be a great pro sports town...the minor league baseball team averages over 10,000 a game & U of L is always in the Top 4 teams in college basketball attendence. Lou. would also draw from Lexington, which also draws over 8,000 per game for its A baseball team and is a college sports crazy town

Do you think the N.L. or A.L. will win? I think the A.L. will win easy. Being a Cardinals fan that's hard to say, but I think it's true. I predict the Tigers to fall apart in the playoffs and the Red Sox's to win it all.

Is it a hard or soft E and does the V actually sound like a V or is it an F sound? My guess is hard E and an F sound on the V.

I Believe its Dan Marino since he holds almost every major quarterbacking record, and he singlehandedly led the dolphins to many successful seasons and a superbowl appearence without any help. What are your thoughts?

This is my first time watching a big game in person.

Besides binoculars and camera, what else should i bring? Will the average game last up to at least 2 hours? etc.
