Hi. Well i do swimming and i think it had built me up fairly powerfully, so much so even my dad said the other day, after i went football / soccer training with him he said "your built more powerfully than i thought you were, looking at you, you were bigger and more powerful"
im 5ft 11 and 11 and 3 quarter stones if that give you any indication
anyway.......so with swimming im fine and can do lengths and as you probably know top swimmers are extremely muscley (not me lol, but just saying swimming build muscle) and am good at swimming
Anyway in my football (im in england so thats soccer in the usa) game today i was just absolutely naff! i just could hardly do anything. But to add to this tho, i did have a bit on my mind at the time and i think it was putting me off my game
So tired, worn ou easily and not much endurance
So why is that?! why am i "fit" in swimming, but un fit in running / soccer???
