I'm really getting annoyed by the what commentators are calling Arsenals' new signing Rosicky.

These are the variations I've heard so far...
1. Row-zis-key
2. Re-zis-key
3. Re-zickey
4. Row-zickey

What is the correct pronunciation?

Now I'm really confused. I'm unsure about the correct spelling now too.

The correct pronunciation here in Czech Republic is Ross itch kee.
The correct spelling is Rosičky.Notice the c has a font above it which is a letter that exists in the Czech Alphabet. This letter is always pronounced like the english ch sound.
Sorry CT, My previous answer is wrong. My work colleague is Rosičky,so I assumed the new Arsenal signing had the same spelling.I've now been informed by my son, who's an Arsenal supporter, that Rosicky the football players name is Rosicky with a simple latin 'c'.That means pronunciation is 'Ross eats key'.I apologize for my mistake.

Ro - short sound (not 'row')
sickey - make sure to pronounce the 'c' (like St MoriTZ).
(I do speak his language as I lived in Prague for a couple of years).
And the surname, correctly written down is "Rosický", ignore the above.
